To reduce the risk of heart disease, you need to take care of your coronary artery. If you are a smoker, you can start by quitting. Also, you need to control your high blood pressure. Consult a doctor on ways to do it. Regular exercise also helps burn off fats and bad cholesterol. Perform exercise for at least 30 minutes every day, at least four days a week.
